DSE to launch new reading and language intervention

DSE will launch a new reading and language intervention for children with Down syndrome in June. This structured programme is designed to teach literacy skills to children with Down syndrome. Early years and schools consulting services in southern England closed

We are closing our early years and schools consulting services, based at The Sarah Duffen Centre in Portsmouth. We will no longer be offering First Steps Groups or Foundations for Learning Groups from September 2011, nor will be offering consulting services to schools. We continue to offer a comprehensive range of information services, including workshops, web seminars and our full range of publications. Read more...

UK 2011 conferences cancelled

Regrettably, we have had to cancel the conferences that were planned to take place in Leeds and London in the UK in September and November this year. We are very sorry to disappoint and inconvenience participants, but following recent and unexpected staffing changes we cannot be sure that we will be able to offer the full programme to a high standard.
