Other research investigates the learning difficulties and developmental delays experienced by young
people with Down syndrome. We develop and evaluate effective interventions and teaching approaches that
improve educational outcomes.

We offer a wide range of evidence-based information resources online, and
in books, teaching materials and films. We also offer specialist advice, training and
consulting services.
Our impact
We work in partnership with Down Syndrome Education International
and Down Syndrome Education Enterprises, to advance scientific
research and to deliver publications and services that improve early intervention and education for
children with Down syndrome throughout North America and worldwide.
Together, we undertake research and provide services that help over 100,000 people in over 180 countries
each year.
